PH Mobile Number Generator

Python script that writes a list of random Philippine mobile numbers across Globe, Smart and DITO prefixes, for use as test data.

How to run it

Save the file and run python3 phmobilenumbergenerator.py. It writes philippine_mobile_numbers.txt next to itself with one number per line.

Numbers are random and unassigned by construction — they are filler for forms and datasets, not real subscribers.
